Inno Mudah Healthcare Sdn Bhd is a healthcare subsidiary of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd and operates under the Yayasan Sabah Group of Companies. Inno Mudah Healthcare was established to support the State Government’s vision of advancing the healthcare industry in Sabah.

YB Datuk Jasnih bin Daya
Chairman
YB Datuk Jasnih graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, USA. From 2018 to 2022, YB Datuk Jasnih served as the State Assistant Minister to the Ministry of Finance, Sabah and currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd. He has been the Sabah State Assemblyman for N.13 Pantai Dalit since 2020.
YB Dato' Sri Haji Gulamhaidar @ Yusuf bin Khan Bahadar (JP)
Director
YB Dato' Sri Haji Gulamhaidar holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) from the University of Florida, USA, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Berkeley International University, California, and a Professional Master Analyst in Political Science from Open University Malaysia. He has served the Sabah State Government since 1995, holding several senior positions including Political Secretary to the Chief Minister of Sabah and Assistant Minister of Local Government and Housing as well as Assistant Minister of Infrastructure Development. YB Dato' Sri Haji Gulamhaidar currently serves as the Director of Yayasan Sabah, a Board Member of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd., and has been the Sabah State Assemblyman for N.28 Kawang since 2004.
Datuk Izharudin bin Jalaludin (JP)

YBhg. Tuan Izharudin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1997. He began his legal career under the mentorship of Abdul Rashid Manaf and Tun Zaki Azmi, former Chief Justice of Malaysia. His professional expertise includes civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, legal strategy, negotiations, risk and crisis management, insurance, and financial restructuring. He previously served as Legal Advisor to the Yayasan Sabah Group and Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd. Currently, he serves as Private Secretary to Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Musa bin Haji Aman, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Sabah.
Datuk Joshua Ho Yee En (JP)
Director
Joshua Ho Yee En is a Chartered Accountant recognised by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate and business banking, private banking, corporate consultancy and auditing with a Big Four international accounting firm. He currently serves as Director and Senior GM, Finance at Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd and its affiliated subsidiaries.
Dr. Jeevarajah Ratnarajah

Dr. Jeevarajah Ratnarajah holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and is a registered dental surgeon. He brings extensive experience across multiple healthcare settings, including the Ministry of Health (Federal Government), private healthcare, and state government settings. He has broad operational experience in managing and running healthcare facilities, including medical and dental clinics, laboratories, and hospitals. He previously served with Selgate Healthcare, a Selangor state healthcare government-linked company (GLC), as Group General Manager, where he oversaw healthcare service delivery and led state-level outreach programmes. He currently serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Inno Mudah Healthcare, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth and advancing accessible healthcare solutions.
Dato' Dr. Kantha A/L Rasalingam
Director
Dato’ Dr. Kantha holds an MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India, and completed his postgraduate neurosurgery examinations in 2006. He has served the Malaysian healthcare sector since 1997, beginning with the Ministry of Health before advancing into specialized clinical leadership and international fellowships in spinal surgery across Japan and South Korea. Dato’ Dr. Kantha currently serves as the Head of Neurosurgery and Consultant Neurosurgeon at Prince Court Medical Centre and the President of the Neurospine Association of Malaysia. He has also served as an Honorary Lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia, the Immediate Past President of both the Neurosurgical Association of Malaysia and the ASEAN Neurological Society, while continuing to drive healthcare innovation and expansion as the Managing Director of Mudah Healthcare.
Dato' Norhaidi bin Che Dan @ Che Din
Director
Dato’ Norhaidi Che Dan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Housing, Building and Planning (HBP) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he developed a strong foundation in the built environment and development planning. He has built an extensive career spanning both the public and private sectors, contributing to national development through leadership roles in governance, business, and community organisations. Dato’ Norhaidi has served in key positions within government and political institutions, including as Political Secretary and Senior Private Secretary to the former Minister of Foreign Affairs. He has also held corporate leadership roles as Director and Chief Executive Officer across multiple organisations, including involvement in healthcare and prosthetics sectors. Currently, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia Estate Owners Association and continues to drive strategic growth across several enterprises, while actively contributing to community development and leadership initiatives.
